Knowing what I need already coming in to the store, it’s so nice to show up to have a parts manager tell me, without looking that he’ll have to order the part since it “isn’t available in anything but a kit”. So I show where it IS in stock and it shows up on the app. What do you know? He finds it when he actually looks for it! He then proceeds to tell me that it looks too big and isn’t the right part, when it’s exactly what I need. He claims he builds LS engines and does LS swaps, but he doesn’t recognize a rear crankshaft main seal?!? It’s not a very good idea to argue with a customer who has worked for AZ before, has over 20 years experience spinning wrenches, let alone one that WAS interested in opening a commercial account.

I must commend this AutoZone as the most professionally operated location I have encountered. Tammara consistently ensures I receive the most advantageous product bundles.

I was soo helped today at your store...going through a situation with a new vehicle and the CSR's who assisted me were so knowledgeable about the issue and I had to recognize them and give them their stars...I see management in their potential and service etiquette. Superb customer service skills are so rare now and I wanted to give them their props! 💯🔥🤗
