Went in today to pick up some tools for a project I’m working on. Store was clean and Edward was very helpful. He helped me right away and was very knowledgeable about cars. I found out he was the store manager which is a shock cause many store managers I’ve encountered didn’t know anything when I asked questions about cars parts and are cocky(some just in it for the money). Now my car is almost done with just a few things more I need. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something and need a little help. Thanks Edward ! Keep up the good work! We need more people like you.

Ended up having to return to the store twice because the sensor I bought did not work. Thank goodness for the warranty but quality control on duralast is horrible. Nothing beats oem parts. Staff was incredibly friendly thanks Curly hair guy. I’ll be sticking to buying parts from the dealership from now on

Just left this place and the customer service is so rude all I was trying to do was make a return which I'm aware of the 90 day policy yet the representative and manager said its a 10 day policy and to make matters worse the manager was disrespectful he cussed at us and accused me of lying without even confirming it or even talking to us direct je was yelling from the back also whoever owns this location definitely should fire the manager and train their employees properly. I will not be recommending this location ever again. Also will be contacting corporate for being treated in such a rude manner. So unprofessional. Esteven was the biggest help ever! My brother and I had a peice of plastic dragging from our bumper during our drive from socal to norcal. i tried everything but couldn’t get it to stick. Luckily Esteven was on shift and he was so helpful, he directed us to the correct adhesives we needed and even lent us a screw drive to make it happen. Thank you so much!
