I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Gary on my windshield wipers and he was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The service was quick and handled with great care and attention to detail. Mr. Gary clearly takes pride in his work and it shows through his excellent customer service. It is refreshing to encounter someone who truly goes above and beyond, and I appreciate his strong work ethic and helpful attitude.

Do not order any part online from Autozone!!! I ordered radiator cleaner online. I returned 2 days later since I did not use it. A serious problem is that I was given its own credit card, with quite long and complicated return process. Autozone holds my money until I use it in the future. If I lose the card, then Auto zone takes my money for free. Autozone should stop this kind of business practice.

Stopped by to get new windshield wipers for my Acura. My customer service rep was Mike, and he was awesome! Tried buying online, but was having issues, so he honored the price at the store. A customer, who happened to be there offered to installed them for me. Had a great experience!!!

Was greeted by an extremely unfriendly and rude individual .( Older white male) Tried selling me $75 windshield wipers for my Mazda. I was told my Mazda had “special “ Wipers. No thanks

Great customer service from Will and Jermaine last night! Very pleasant workers, even with it being so late at night. I needed some jumper cables and more duct tape.. & time and knowledge was given to help me make the best decision.
