I was super pleased with Alianna’s help and the wonderful service. I was only going to buy the oil, but she offered me the complete special, and I’m so grateful because I saved money by buying the whole special package.

I went to get my truck diagnosed to figure out whether or not if it was a bad battery or a starter on my truck and the clerk, Mike was very kind enough to assist me with trying to get the matter resolved. He was able to check and assist to see if I still have warranty on the battery he also conducted diagnostic code test on the truck to see exactly what the code would look like and also recommended a gaming options to upgrade my battery as well. Told me that it would be a great thing. I’m moving forward. The overhead of upgrading was not bad at all. I was OK with the price point increase and then also Mike did advise that he was going to print out another diagnostic sheet just to see if any codes may have changed look for any other issues that may arise so I just wanna come on here and say

Jay was so professional, very knowledgeable of what was going on with my car. He helped me resolve my problem by placing a new battery in my car.. I could not have done that on my own being a female so thank goodness for jay helping to make my day better

Everyone at AutoZone especially Michael C was extremely kind and helpful! I’m so glad I came to this location. My headlights and the interior light were out, and I had both of my kids with me (very hyper 😅). I didn’t even know what I needed or how to change the lights, and Michael literally took the time to explain everything and even changed them for me. Thank you so much for the patience, kindness, and amazing customer service. Truly appreciated!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
