AutoZone Auto Parts

Shoutout to Ms Williams she was very attentive, friendly & helpful! Her crew was just as helpful! I love shopping here. It’s very close to my home and staff is always a big help!

I had an unexpected emergency 30mins before the store closed. Jordy answers the phone very polite and professional. He was super helpful and made sure I had everything that I needed. I believe good customer service should never go unnoticed. Jordy needs a raise Corporate because he was outstanding. We need more people like Jordy working in today’s society. Thank you Jordy!

The customer service here is amazing. John helped me with my very difficult windshield wipers, applied them and all and still helped customers in the parking lot while doing so. He is excellent!

Friendly. I left this review because they do not lie about returns and battery replacement and they are willing to help you. I had a bad experience at Advance Auto parts in Middle River, not finding my battery in their system eg. their 3 yo Diehard. I am sticking with AutoZone. Choose wisely. 💚

Shout out to Randy bc he was so helpful today! I went in not even sure what to do about my mirror and he guided me to all the right tools! I recently purchased a battery here as well. Customer service is top notch at this location. I appreciate the help! I will return for any auto needs I can find there! This is the go to spot in middle river!
