Huge shoutout to Josh and Jake. After many failed attempts at getting my windshield wipers to stay on these two minutes before closing not only helped me get the right ones but showed me how to do it. And stayed open to do so. This is what excellent customer service is all about. I can’t thank you enough

My daughter and I were driving through torrential rain and the windshield wiper broke on I90. We went to Autozone and the young gentleman behind the counter was so helpful. He changed the wipers in a downpour and would not accept any tip. His mother should be so proud of the wonderful young man she raised!!!

Excellent service. I think his name was Paul W. Young kid. Long hair. Very knowledgeable, proficient, and nice. He came out to the car to check a diagnostic code and my dog didn't bark. He barks at everyone! Thanks for your great service!!!

The people who work there are very nice and helpful but I called multiple times to order a part and see if it was in just to find out it was never ordered. Now I'm stuck with a car with no brakes and no way to get to school.
