Chris was amazing helping me find everything I needed for my oil change. He was courteous knowledgeable and helped save me money. Love the guys at this AutoZone they really know how to help a lady & make her feel like she learned something during visit.

Danny was so amazing!! Even when he was needed other places he still took his time and helped me with my car.. He needs a raise!! Wish all the employees was just like him!! As a car girl when I come in ,I know what I need.I know MY car it’s modded (not going into detail) but the battery I need isn’t “stock” when I give the direct battery model and cca they’re telling me my car does not take that battery even tho I’m repeating this is the battery I need over and over the battery has not been pulled off the shelf. I also called in ahead to make sure they had said battery so it could be a quick trip and got a quote (no point in that right) and arrived 10 minutes later and now apparently no one has picked up the phone in the last hour is what they say when I arrive…call the number I just called surprise it rings in the store. Ever since Ben left this store it's gone downhill. The employees are rude jerks that treat everyone like dirt. You can't even ask a simple question without them flying off the handle and becoming so enraged they shake with anger. I will never shop here again and over the last two decades I've built two hotrods with this Autozones parts, so that's saying something.
