I arrived at the Morehead store seeking a power steering belt for my B-body Buick 307. Taylor S. definitely is an expert, offered above and beyond customer service plus made the shopping experience interesting and fun!

Best Autozone around! Most helpful staff and most knowledgeable folks. I have been very happy to have such a wonderful store looking after me.

Alternator seized as I was pulling into another stores parking lot. Was lucky enough to get past that store & pull into Auto Zone lot. They didn't have one on-hand, so sent an employee across town to get it from their other location. The store manager, Anthony, saved me from being stranded 50 miles from home, by putting in the new alternator. He & Brady are angels on earth & I can't thank them enough for all they did to help me.

Don't carry radial air filters for some reason. Seems odd but confirmed with employee.

One of my favorite things about going to Autozone for parts is the customer service/help you get right through the door. You go to some of these other ones and you just sit there waiting and waiting.....! I really like the Moorhead one because it's really clean and the people seem very willing to help. I've been in there so much I've noticed a lot of new people and they seem to be getting the job down quickly. I will continue to go to Autozone for all my parts needs, especially the Moorhead location.
