Just had a fantastic experience at this location. The fuse for my headlights blew while I was flying down the I-5. Deme(sp?) was so helpful in assisting with the situation. Ended up needing new headlights too. They even helped me install everything. Fantastic customer service. Knowledgable. Turned a really bad situation around for me, and got me back on the road. Couldn’t be more appreciative!

I went into the store for some headlight replacements a d came out to a dead battery or a starter issue. Anna was very helpful She tested the battery and it showed ok She offered a battery jump starter, still no start. She helped with some other suggestions and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Awesome job by Anna!

I came to this Auto Zone one night when we were having a HEAVY rainstorm and my wipers weren't working properly so I stopped to get new ones. The store had about 10 minutes until closing time and upon buying the wiper I told the guy that I wasn't exactly sure how to put it on and I wanted to see if he could kinda guide me through it so I didn't have another issue with not being able to see anything while driving. The guy behind the counter proceeded to tell me that they close in 10 minutes so he wasn't willing to help me real fast! I really thought that was a part of what customer service is all about and what an auto parts person is supposed to do when a customer doesn't know how to install a part themselves? I wasn't asking for someone to rebuild my engine or anything, I just needed help

went to auto zone on 01/22/2026 to drop off my battery for a friend because she has been without her car for a few days now. left it there overnight just to make sure it would be fully charged. I go to put it in her car for her and no charge coming from the battery when i was told when i picked it up that it was charged and ready to go. I have been told not to take batteries there for this reason but i did it anyway cause i didn't want to believe other people (lesson learned). they should not do this to people. So my son tells me I'm surprised they didn't say that the battery was no good cause i guess those are also words they like to use.

I was helped by a young man named dakota and I had a bunch of issues with my car and he told me everything that I would need to know and got me the best deals for what I needed. Will be coming in again
