I didn’t catch the ladies name, but i went in this morning because i thought my headlight had went out. The sweet lady behind the counter helped me find the one i needed and offered to help me change it (i know nothing about cars) Turns out i didn’t actually need a headlight, mine had just been bumped out of place. She was so kind to me, and even showed me how to change it on my own if i ever need to. I really appreciate her help and she is a fantastic employee!

Autozone here in Natchitoches is a wonderful store. They have a worker there named Kelsey Rachal and she is very HELPFUL, GOOD ATTITUDE, FRIENDLY and will make your day better and stress free if she helps you. They need a personality like that in a work environment.

I went to auto zone a couple of weeks ago to pick up some diesel coolant for our generator because it was reading "low coolant level." Lost power at the facility and generator did mynot engage. Ended up not needing it. Went to do a return and the manager Mr Craig was super duper nice. Great customer service. He was amazing.

I had a headlight out so naturally I went to Autozone having no idea which replacement bulb I needed. Luckily Hunter was working and he met me in the parking lot while I was trying to Google what bulb I needed. He said he’d figure it out for me. I popped my hood, he grabbed the bulb, talked to me about the different bulb options, checked me out and installed the new bulbs in less than 5 minutes. This was genuinely the most efficient and best experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Thank you Hunter for you help!

Shenna was a rock star and I'm so thankful for her. I'd barely made it into the parking lot when my car cut off. Bad battery and alternator were diagnosed within minutes. She went above and beyond to help and that's so rare. She was knowledgeable and kind. I am rolling again thanks to her connections and in-stock inventory. Thanks soooo much! Truly a lifesaver. Whew!
