Kiara, Elvis yeah so my name is Miguel I have an RX 300 I stopped at advanced there were no help at all didn't have any idea of nothing anything that's a 2000 thanks to Kiara in Elvis they got me back on the road within 7 minutes thanks Sakura and Elvis I was certainly go back to AutoZone again on the Berlin turnpike in Newington there are two very kind smart intelligent people I even went to Riley's they didn't know a damn thing so I went to AutoZone where I met Karen Elvis and believe me my name is Miguel and I will go back there in time after time due to the fact that you have two wonderful people to knows what they're doing knows how to talk to customers knows what to say and do when it comes down to auto parts stores advance on the Berlin turnpike and Riley's in Riley's thumbs down if

Since the Southington location was out of stock, I ended up going here for zerk/grease fittings. They had them is stock and the price was good. The store looked nice. The girl that waited on me was friendly. I was in and out quickly. The place does sneak up on you as you are travelling north on the Berlin turnpike. There is plenty of parking.

This is not normally how this AutoZone is. BUT, today was NOT their day. While they did offer to help diagnose my wife’s car for a check engine light. They unfortunately failed at it because one of their employees bent the adapter to read the code and didn’t tell anybody. Oh, well, at least they offered to do it for her, which is better than NAPA Autoparts did. Onto O’reillys to see if they can help. Third time is a charm! 🤞 Follow-Me for more reviews!

I came in very late, at around 8pm, and both members of staff were very helpful. The first one walked me through the process of buying a replacement windshield wiper, making sure I got what I needed. She also left the store to help me diagnosis the check engine lights in my car with this FixAssist device. After I bought the new windshield wiper, another member of the store came outside to help me get it affixed to my car. This was much appreciated, and was really going above and beyond, as it started raining on my way home. Thank you to both people who helped me Wednesday night.
