The management and staff at Auto Zone is exceptional! I went in the store with my 2 year old, panicking because my tire monitor broke off. The manager called a local mechanic and then had her employee lead me there to make sure I got there safe. They really went above and beyond and I appreciate their help and kindness!

Had a check engine light come on. AutoZone does complimentary diagnostics with reader of codes. Printed results. Catalytic converter issues. Purchased Dura Lube Severe Catalytic & Exhaust Treatment, $25.49 + tax (needed to buy a capless fuel funnel to add it, $11.49 + tax) & put in 93 octane to see if it will clean the system. Will clear the code when I get home to see if the additive worked. If it works, will be an easier, less expensive fix than replacing the catalytic converter. All 3 of the associates were very helpful and knew right away what to recommend.

Went in needing a belt and a pully, ocean helped me a few days prior ordering parts and making sure I got exactly what I need. Yesterday tyler helped me return the belt I got prior.James pointed me in the right direction with simple engine maintenance. Crystal though, was snappy very quick and made me feel rushed, told tyler not to worry about something cause the system was messed up (tyler fixed it). I know im not the only one with this experience. Thanks autozone.

Kaleb and ocean were very professional. They even called subaru to find out why ordered part was wrong. Here my car was made the year before.

I heard such great things about AutoZone but was let down. The workers were not very nice but they did help me by telling me which isle number to look in although I would have appreciated some further assistance. When I went to check out, the employees were once again not very nice and I had a feeling I was being made fun of. I wanted to ask if they would help me with what I had bought but was too nervous because of how dismissive they both were the second I walked in the door. Very upsetting experience and I will not be going back unless someone else is with me who can help me pick out what I need.
