I unexpectedly needed a tow and for my car to be looked at after it left me stranded on the highway. The staff and Bill gave me prompt service, towing and bringing my car in to determine the problem. Being stranded in a town not my own was very stressful but everyone at this shop was kind and helpful. I truly appreciate how they made my day easier after this hiccup of a situation. He got to me faster with his Tow truck than my insurance quoted my roadside assistance would reach me. Forever grateful they helped me out today!

Bill and his team are wonderful. They worked on Christmas Eve to try to fix my truck. Very friendly service and attitude.

Crist is quite knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. His work and advice have saved us a good deal of money multiple times. He's one of the few who understands the need to properly repair even older cars with high mileage. Great guy! Now that Bill owns and runs the garage, I continue to be very impressed! I am so thankful for such great people who treat customers the way they themselves would like to be treated. I don't understand how Bill can be so quick to answer the phone, quick to diagnose the problem, excellent at presenting reasonable options, and efficient at getting the work done! I highly recommend them!

The service was fantastic. We were really in a bind and they delivered value at a reasonable price. We worked with Bill and the communication and service exceeded expectations.

Bill was very helpful, honest, personable, and knowledgeable. My car had an engine light on in the area and he got the car in immediately to see what was wrong. He had pictures of what he encountered, which was the aftermath of a mouse eating two fuel injectors. We did not live in the area but he came in on his day off to make sure we could get the vehicle and make it back home. He even looked past the fact that I had Alabama plates on my car and my boyfriend had on his Steelers jersey LOL. Thank you Bill for your service.
