My husband and I have never had a more horrific experience at Auto Zone. The sales representatives at this location the day of our visit were not only unhelpful and didn't seem like they even wanted to be there, but one specific representative insulted my husband and then proceeded to violate and breach Customer Privacy Laws. The sales rep looked up my husband's customer information from our account and attempt to report my husband to his employer, all because my husband didn't appreciate being insulted and because my husband voiced his opinion about the sales representatives being lazy and not wanting to work at an establishment their being paid to work at. Samuel was so much help. He made sure we got the help we needed (battery troubles) even though we ended up not buying from the store. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend this location.

Always good people to deal with there’s a bit of a language barrier but not their fault more my fault because I don’t know enough Spanish but these people are super friendly and helpful not mean and nasty like some other AutoZone is open counter if you need a part come see them The friendliest AutoZone in the south west every person I’ve encountered in the store always friendly
