While driving down the freeway in Southern California, a semi-truck threw a metal panel in the air. I saw it coming at me and was terrified it would hit my windshield. It hit my passenger-side mirror, then bounced back and hit the rear fender. I was so bummed about the damage it caused. When I asked Alex, my local mechanic, for a body shop recommendation, he didn’t hesitate to suggest Francisco at PBS Auto Body in Nogales, AZ. I took my car there and was given a very fair estimate. Just to be sure, I got an estimate in Green Valley which was substantially higher. Francisco had me drop my car off on a Monday and it was finished by Thursday – a day ahead of schedule. Francisco and team are simply the best! Friendly, quality work, care, and understanding all combine to make for a problem free experience. Being elderly, the idea of "body work" made us anxious. However, no fear as Francisco coordinated the rental, the adjuster, insurance company, phone calls, etc. leaving us with absolutely no worries! Our vehicle had been involved in two accidents yet was returned to us in like new condition and with a beautiful shiny luster. We will be forever grateful and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
