You can tell he truly cares about helping people, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service he provided. Felix definitely deserves five stars — I’ll be coming back to this AutoZone because of him!

I was having issues with my car battery, I stopped to see if they could help. The SM spent several minutes testing the battery and everything was fine. The SM took it one level further and googled to see if this was a common issue with my car and we found a lot of helpful info. They have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Thank you
