Sud Stop Car Wash

I went there on 11/25/2025 and came away with damage to my vehicle. I filed a claim with them and received their claim denial. Here is my response: I am in receipt of your response to my claim. I am not surprised that you came to the conclusion that you did as very few businesses today have any sense of responsibility including yours. As background my Suburban is brand new and has less than 2,000 miles on it. It has never been to a car wash, never been to an enclosed commercial garage that could have low hanging objects. It is also garage kept at my residence every day and night to protect it. It is convenient that with the design of your "state of the art" business that after the vehicle is washed, it immediately exits with no real opportunity to inspect the exterior, so damage is never

Another great experience at Sub Stop North Myrtle Beach! Love the prewash station for getting the very back of my SUV cleaned up before driving through and for clean towels! And best of all?! The blow dryer dries my vehicle sooo good!

It’s nice to have a car wash in the area that actually cleans my truck. I had a membership at one of the competitors in the area, but always love frustrating because my vehicle is still dirty, in their drawing system sucked. That was not the case they even had a sink so I could wash my rubber mats. My only complaint is they need more locations in the area.

I absolutely love Sud Stop. I visit every other day to every day to clean my car. Staff is so friendly and area is always clean and organized. Vacuums work great and towels are always stocked. A great business.
