I don't know much about cars and when there's an error code it's so nice being able to stop and get my questions answered! A nice young man named Ethan was a great help to me. Highly recommend! 👍🏻
Extremely poor customer service.....no one acknowledged me when I came in, no one said welcome or good morning.....nothing!! I went in to purchase brake lights & asked at the cash register if someone could help install them for me. The young man went around the corner to ask probably the manager at the time & when he came back....2 seconds later said "we don't install brake lights"!! This isn't the first time at this location that the service there was crappy but I will never go back again.
Had a headlight out (apparently from someone in a parking lot not quite making their turn). Employees were super helpful in determining the correct part & actually helped install it. Best service ever!
Had a great experience trying to figure out which bulbs I needed to fix my tail lights. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and very helpful.
The staff here have always been polite and have taken the time to help me find obscure parts for my Hyundai. Great customer service.
