Store 4151 Check the parts they sell you before you leave the store!! I purchased a new parts and was given a used core i had to return to store to get the correct part i originally purchased. There are better store's to shop.the guy that helped me originally was very positive and professional but Store 4151 needs a better manager with a positive attitude that knows how to treat people, or be retrained. what goes around comes around. be careful what you wish for. nowadays hard to avoid negativity, karma is real. Found out at the dealership that my battery needed replacing but they wanted to charge me $500! Went here and Julia and Belen were fabulous! They sold me the new battery, installed it, and disposed of the old one. Travis was also so kind and friendly with the assist too. Really appreciated their help and professionalism.

The young guys that work here are rude cocky ignore customers very uncomfortable environment. I’d rather go to O’Reilly’s or Pep Boys. Not a very friendly place to spend my money. I don’t need smart remarks when I ask a question. Customer service is the key to a successful business.

I just replaced my auxiliary battery today and found out the old one was already 6 years old—I had no idea! The staff here were super helpful, and I especially want to thank the big, muscular guy who really saved my day. He went above and beyond, even using his own tools to help me install the new battery. I’m really happy with the service and grateful for the kindness and support. Highly recommend!
