Ronald P was amazing. The customer service that he provided has always been 100% consistent. This is my 2nd visit and he always goes over and beyond. I only come to this location because of the customer service. He definitely leaves a lasting impression on his customers and absolutely is a great manager. Thank you Ronald for being awesome!!!!

There is a gentleman here named Mark who was the nicest man I have ever come across when it came to meeting assistance with my vehicle.b I have never walked into a store right before they are closing and received such friendly service This man made me feel good about asking him for help which Is the most uncommon thing. It's like when you walk into a Walmart at 10:40 p.m. and they close at 11:00 p.m. you keep hearing over the intercom the store is closing in 20 minutes The store is closing in 19 minutes The store is closing in 18 minutes those people want nothing more than to just go home and I think to myself that is the type of trash we have running our society nowadays can't even stay past there are a lot of time for 5 minutes to help you check out it disgusts me but this dude Mark at t

Mark and another younger gentleman with curly hair were able to help me replace my light on my Prius. The service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional crew working last night. Thank you auto zone team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The commercial department is horrible at this location! I went in to order parts and the guy in commercial had me waiting for ove r 5 minutes then took the time to take personal call while having me wait. Very unprofessional and the second time this has happened. The first time I let it go, but not the second time. Horrible service!!!!!

The Employees at this location were very nice & replaced the Battery. Battery is located in trunk & a little tricky to get to & replace. After getting the new Battery in hit a snag on the Electronics, the Manager came out & after a few diagnosis concluded it was the Anti-Theft System causing the problem. Problem was solved & everything good with car. Also , they stayed 30 minutes after normal closing time & it rained , & poured for like 5 minutes , and after the hard rain was over. finished the job. I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to thank these Employers for going above & beyond , especially the Manager !! He wasn't going to give up until job was successfully finished.
