Putting the customer first, got disconnected by his own corporate center, he made sure to resolve the issue I had. This store is lucky to have such a customer oriented employee! I recently bought a car battery from AutoZone. A very nice employee installed it for me, and everything seemed fine at first. However, about a week later, the battery became disconnected while I was driving down the turnpike. I later found out the battery hadn’t been tightened down properly. When I went back to AutoZone, I was told that “sometimes this happens with older cars.” My car is a 2023, so that explanation didn’t make sense. I was also told there was nothing they could do. Because of the safety concern, I took my car to the dealership for a second opinion — and learned that AutoZone had sold me the wrong battery for my vehicle.
