I was recently in the market for a battery for my nephew‘s truck, I went to O’Reilly’s first, which turned out to be a mistake. They told me they did not have time to help me install the battery and it was against company policy. I called Walt and Todd at AutoZone, Ormond Beach and they told me to come on down. They did not only accommodate my request, but we’re very polite and professional at the same time. The way the store does business is the way business should be conducted. . I will not go anywhere else ever again as they go above and beyond with their customer service skills.. I highly recommend this location as a one stop destination for whatever you might need, but to also brighten your day with the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time.

I just have to say I have lived in 4 states and this autozone is ran so smooth.I go there with my daughter and they have one of the best customer service I have encountered.I was in charge of Disney's customer service and always point out great service!!! Especially Jay,Joseph and there is a manager her name starts with a A very pretty young lady who helped us tremendously!!!Please give these folks more money as they are always on point!!!!!

Really solid experience at this location! Deb the store manager was friendly and on top of everything and Rick went out of his way to help and explain things clearly without talking down or rushing. It’s rare these days to find a place where people are both competent and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Will be definitely going back!

Excellent service, purchased 1 wiper for my rear window, good price and the employee also installed it, without even having to ask him !!! Wow full service and a very pleasant man with a nice smile, happy and welcoming to his store!!
