My father went in yesterday and the worker asked my father if he wanted the receipt my father said yes, the worker proceeded to grab the receipt and crumble it up then tossed it to him rudely
Sent my wife into the othello store 2 times in the last 2 weeks she was treated horribly !!! EVERYONE in there should be fired !!! We will be going to O’Reillys from now on !!! They don’t deserve any stars !!!
Great service ! The store is really hot!! The poor employees are sweating. Please fix the air conditioning
Went in the other day and customer service was excellent. The store manager had a really positive attitude and was more than willing to help with what I needed.
Terrible customer service. The manager came out in said. What instead of asking? How may I help you? They don't know anything about whether talking about. They tell you they have something that they. Don't they make you pull a battery out of a motorcycle just to check to see if they have it. And then they can't even find that the bike exists. I would recommend never going to the autozone in Othello. Washington.
