J1 Towing & Mechanic Shop

Tried upcharging another 100 for tow becuase car wasnt in neutral etc. Though they told us not to go even though it was only up to 9 miles away from us. They charged almost as much as a special pull-out rather than a simple tow. Not doing business with this tow again.

This place turned our "worst case" scenario into one of the best. they were kind, diligent, and accommodating. Also, they were a delight to be trapped in Othello for 4hrs with! Hope to never need them again but if we do, we know it will be top notch service!

If we are ever in need of a tow again and are in the area we will call these guys first. The driver was quick and courteous, kept in contact with us, and made us feel like we were important. Best experience we've ever had with a tow company, it was very refreshing. Especially since our car is a bit rough looking and kind of old. He treated us with just as much respect as though it were a bmw. Thanks again!

Awesome mechanic best in town he's treated my family rite from day one. He's the only one I go to really good guy a family man. My parents neighbor his family is very kind to my parents and very im thankful for them.

Great customer service! Really helped me out when I was in a pinch. My car needed towing immediately over the weekend from Basin City to Othello and they were able to do it. I wasn't able to pay up front so they let me pay a few days later and didn't charge me for storing my car in their lot. They also provided a battery charge for me. Really grateful and appreciative for then.
