I'm taking the time to write this review since I do believe the autozone employee that helped me with my issue exceeded expectations to a whole new level. I want to thank Brian from the Pahrump location for helping me with a very unique and difficult situation. Unfortunately, I was referred to a mechanic who did some work on my vehicle and a few days later my car started to make very loud noises. It turns out to be that the part he installed was defective and when I took my car back to the mechanic to fix the problem he became very rude and angry towards me, saying the noise was normal.
