I just came in here to rave about Holly. She is etched into my memory and heart forever. We are new to Texas and Holy was patient, informative and kind. In a simple term, I'm just a girl 😂 She explained to me the difference in windshield wipers, showed me how to take mine off and replace them and how to replace windshield wiper fluid for a degrees. She also showed me what other things were under my good and how to check my levels if need be. Completely out of her scope of work but she still took the time. I would have been trapped in my garage braking my car before the storm had it not been for her and all her kindness. Her staff was also incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. I'm so grateful to know there's humanity still left 💗 Thank you Ms. Holly, for everything!

I contacted 6 places looking for an auto zone gift card. Finally located one in Pantego Texas. I think it’s awful that a company this size does not keep gift cards all year long. One mgr. said they only have them at Christmas. Not good. A big shout out for the young man “Evan” who had great customer service skills. He was very young but someone trained him well. Likely his wonderful Parents. Every mgr that I encountered at the six stores were all grumpy and seemed to have had no time.

The workers were very helpful. The young man even came out with me to the car, put my windshield wiper fluid in and when I asked him if he could check my oil with hesitation he. I will definitely go back there
