I bought a car battery about 1 or 2 years ago. My battery started to have issues about 2 months ago, my battery was dead for about 5 minutes and then it was okay. 2 days ago, I had to give it a jump, yesterday as well, and today I had to give it 3 jumps and the 4th the car didn't turn on. Since the battery has a 3 year warranty, I figured, I had no issues. I went to came in to Pepboys and they couldn't find me in their system. They said, my sale was part of the retail store and their are no more retail stores. So I would have to buy a new battery. I've been going for more than 20 years, but after today, I will never go back to Pepboys.

I could not be happier with the service here. Guillermo is the man! He was very professional and allowed me to borrow some tools to fix my issue. This location will definitely be having my business in the future. God bless!
