If I could leave 0 stars I would. This AutoZone is filled with workers who don’t want to work and provide poor customer service. For starters, I came inside the store and was offered no help. I found the headlight I needed and I asked the guy at the counter if he would be able to help me install the headlight bulb, considering the Easton,MD location had replace my light prior. He instantly hesitated as if he didn’t want to help assist with changing the bulb, but was comfortable trying to selling me additional merchandise. He came outside and looked under my hood and told me that this long bar had to be removed in order to replace the headlight so he couldn’t change the bulb and he left back inside the store. That didnt sit right with me considering another AutoZone had changed my bulb befo

First time shopping at this location. I ordered an oxygen sensor online. They notified me as soon as it was available, and the pickup process was very quick when I arrived. The store was organized and clean. This place is located right on Mountain Road with a decent sized parking lot. Make sure to order online before going there since they sometimes have discounts when using the app.

Shout out to Zeke at Auto Zone on Mountain road for being awesome today! We had a great experience getting some help with an electrical issue. I’m terrible with cars, but he explained the problem and was able to point us in the right direction to get my kid back on the road again. When it seems like we are being nickled and dimed again and again, it’s good to know that businesses and people are still out there providing great [Free!] customer service. 10/10

I am giving 5 stars because of an employee named Katherine R., Katherine went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. When I went to checkout I discovered that my card chip would not work and the machine would not allow me to swipe my card. I had a $9.77 balance and the employee Katherine who was working as the cashier paid for my items out of her own pocket which saved me a trip to the bank. Thank you again Katherine R. #1 AutoZone employee in the country. You rock

Good, helpful, friendly staff. I was trying to work out an unconventional solution and they were very willing to help work with me on it with fresh ideas, I appreciated that.
