Had the exhaust section I needed in a pinch, easy online order/checkout, but then cancelled it the day before delivery inexplicably. Awesome stuff.

These guys are the worst. I bought a car battery from them after they told me they would replace the one in my car - "it will only take 5 minutes". Then after I paid for it, they said "I have bad news. We don't have time to replace your battery today". Then when I asked for a refund battery core charge, they said that their computer said I already had the refund even though it didn't show that on my receipt. Very frustrating. I'll be going to O'Reilly Auto Parts from now on.

Always been a shopper and they have great attitude towards me and my wife and excellent customer service met my expectations couldn't be more than happy

Came in today with a battery issue. Long haired, bearded gentleman who I believe was named Justin helped me out. One of the kindest and most helpful individuals I have met in any kind of service industry. Helped me out to the best of his abilities and was incredibly friendly, even though it was getting towards the end of his shift, when most people would be checked out. If more folks were like this man, the world would be a better off place

The guys are good . Star -Rosie and chris . very well ran and just nice . I would of given five stars . only because. There should be another AutoZone. In town of Plattsburgh. Ny. We need one on south end by rt. 9.
