AutoZone Auto Parts

Amanda C was incredibly helpful yesterday when I needed parts for my car. As soon as I walked in holding a handful of dirty car parts that I took off, she asked how she could help and picked up my car parts and found exactly what I needed. She gave me options and helped me select the best ones for my vehicle. She was very kind and respectful and had all the knowledge and professionalism you would want from an Auto Parts Specialist. She didn't mind getting her uniform dirty with my car parts to help me find replacement parts . I am so very glad she works at AutoZone. I will be a very loyal customer and referr everyone I know to get their vehicle needs at AutoZone on 14th Street 😀

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady working made it seem like my car was done for. When I asked her to help clear the codes which would take it out of limp mode all I got was “leave it at a mechanic”. All we wanted to know is if we would make it to where we were going safely and she kept making it seem like I couldn’t go anywhere. All she did was google the exact same thing we’ve been googling for the last hour. Go figure I go to O’Reillys down the street and was greeted by the sweetest man! He answered all my questions and got us back on the road safely. Never in a million years would I come back here.

These gentlemen were amazing. They walked me through on charging my freon, but also went above and beyond to assist my friend who is fighting stage four cancer. They immediately got her out of the heat, and into their cool shop, made sure she was comfortable and gave her an ice cold water. Thank you guys, so very much. Customer service at its finest!

One of the store manager was very pushed me get a part with hoses but I did not want that one so made her give me a different one without the hoses she got mad at me

Absolutely fantastic. Loaned me tools to work on my car, and cheaper parts than anywhere else in town. My headlights went out and Nate worked really hard to help me get back on the road. Very cheerful and helpful, even when it turned out my lights were fine and the last owner just didn't plug them in all the way.
