AutoZone Auto Parts

I just want to say for one thank you to the whole team that was working yesterday evening. However a huge thank you to Dennis. He saved me from a huge mechanic bill and kept me and my kids from getting stranded over an hour from home. Thank you sir for going the extra mile and helping out someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, is blind as a bat, will cut a battery thingy in desperation to get a battery out just to find out it STILL wont come out of the car. Then spend another hour trying to get that last bolt out because GM is backasswards and doesn't follow the law of lefty loosey righty tighty noooo they have to mess it all up and go righty tighty. Just to figure out that we just have to go to the right to get the battery out. Ok now we have a cut up battery holder thingy

There good but don't answer thier phones. How you suppose to find out a problem on your vehicle if they don't answer the freaking phones? BS!! Gotti

Got the right parts the 1st time! Didn't have to make 7 trips, helps to know what your getting and to look at the parts before leaving the store. All the staff I've encountered at this location have been pleasant and helpful.

I'm not always a mechanic, but when I pretend to be I go to AutoZone, specifically to Kyle! He has went out of his way several times to assist me, and has been knowledgeable. Highly recommend! (Look for the guy with the beard)! A person that cares about their job, and customer service is rare nowadays. Train this man, and put him in a higher position with better pay! :)
