I took my truck in for a front end alignment yesterday 10-16. I literally have no brakes. They go all the way to the floor. You have to pump them to stop. I spent $483 and they told me they can't look at it for 10 more days! I had brakes when I pulled up!

I have been going here for years! They have always taken EXTREMELY good care of me and my vehicles. Special shout out to Pete for getting me back on the road so quickly when I had two flat tires! I can't thank him enough!! I definitely recommend Richard's Roadware!! :)

Would not recommend to anyone who cherishes their life, my friend just had a front end alignment then I drove us to cape for a dr appointment and the steering wheel was shaking and it was pulling to the right. We nearly wrecked because there was hardly any control then again because we had to drive so slow. I can't believe how careless mechanics are these days, they're lucky my friend didn't sue them!!! 😤😤😡

Staff is always friendly, prices are competitive, often the cheapest in the area. Technicians have always been honest and taken the time to explain any work I'll need done or will need to keep an eye on. Respectable business.
