I'm definitely late on my review, but....... These guys saved me from being stuck somewhere having a fit. 😤. As soon as a walked in, Mr Jakob took care of the computer work finding the proper battery I needed. Mr Eddie took care of putting the battery in, while he explained couple things, pros and , battery life. Both we're great. I was in and out of there. Quick , Easy, Painless. Thank you Very Much. Eddie was very helpful at AutoZone on Peachland Boulevard in Port Charlotte. Twice I had the wrong wiper blades for my car and he was able to get the correct ones and install them for me quickly. There was another gentleman at the store who was also very helpful. Highly recommend AutoZone for your car needs!

Tony the manager was awesome. Had my out the door price calculated, took my old battery out and had the new one in like 2 minutes! This guy has tremendous knowledge and definitely knows what he’s doing!

I came to the auto zone store with a question about my battery. I have had some starting issues. Eddie came out checked itand found out it was pretty much dead. I purchased a new one and was about to go home and install it. Eddie brought it out and proceeded to install it for me. He was very professional and informative about future care for batteries in general. Very Satisfied Customer.

Today I had a bad battery. Eddie I believe he was the manager and came out quickly and tested my battery and sure enough it needed to be changed out. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked with a positive attitude. He installed my new battery promptly and with care. I offered him a tip for his efforts but he refused to accept it saying that he’s here to help his customers and no tip was necessary. Great customer service like it used to be.
