My husband was there not too long ago, and he asked "the manager" about a quick connect. "The manager" with a rude face ignores my husband, then gets on the phone for like 10 minutes still does not help him at all. So my husband left and went to the other parts store which was full of customers and they helped him right away. I do not recommend this place at all if there are going to be rude managers. If you are having a bad day or whatever reason maybe don't take it out on the customers they are there to buy what they need and for you to help them. Very bad customer service 👎🏼

Awesome service mindset. Trake, the store manager, troubleshoot my car, installed a new battery and tested to make sure everything else was running as should (alternator). Saved my Sunday and my wallet from a potentially expensive shop bill. Thank you!

I needed a new battery for a BMW, yes these are a pain, however, Trake went above & beyond to give me a hand. He came thru to register the new battery, helped make sure it was the correct size for the X1, and served a smile along with knowledge. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Nate, the store manager was awesome. He took the time to take care of me and not only that but after I was taken care of he was making sure everyone that was there was helped out, greeted and welcomed. Dude is a grade A manager. Never had a bad experience here.
