Really good customer service, they went above and beyond to fix my lights for me

Gave vin number to ensure i recieved the correct part for my vehicle as it was close to closing time. However i did not recieve the correct part. It was out of the oil package and i said something about it. I was told we take it out to show it to customer. But yet it wasnt put back in the oil packave which helps keep part from rusting. Any how it wasnt the correct part and the retaining clip fell out because there was too much play in the ujoint and left me stranded. Sure someone could have bought the part returned it or swapped it .... whatever. I was still given the wrong part and it left me stranded and cancel appointments with customers and loss of money. Will not be shopping here again!

These people don’t know what there talking about and refuse to install wiper blades. Don’t recommend this store to anyone.

My go-to place to buy oil, tools and parts. I'm a regular and the staff always greet me by name and ask what I'm working on today. Duralast Gold seems to be pretty good for things like brakes, batteries and tools, which all come with generous warranties. Can't beat the $20 rewards after 5 purchases!

No issues. The person taking care of us found the part we needed quickly. Good customer service. No complaints.
