O'Reilly Auto Parts

Every time I visit O’Reilly’s, the staff is extremely helpful. If they don’t have the part I need, and I come in early enough, they can usually get it the same day. They always go out of their way to make customers happy. Very friendly and reliable place.

I got pulled over tonight and needed a new headlight so I went to O'Reilly's in Portland Indiana and a young guy named Daniel helped me take apart the front end of my SUV just to put in a headlight in the cold snow. Great customer service and you guys might wanna do everything to keep him as an Employee because he's going places in life .

Had bought a special tool to repair my jeep. The socket was to long and would not fit in the space so I took it back. The man at the counter was a real jerk. Rude.

I have had all good with the Winchester and Portland Ind. O'Reilly's. If they didn't have what I was getting it was there by 9:30 a.m. the next morning. The employees super nice and helpful.

Always when I walk in. I always see great employee customer service. Employees always make sure to great their customers nicely and efficiently to help find the correct parts.
