Jack, the manager, at the Pottstown location (Moser Rd) is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had purchased the warranty on my RainX wiper blades and he was able to help get my blades replaced under the warranty and offered me a new 1 year warranty for less the $4 each wiper. He also installed them in just a few minutes, which would have taken me at least 30 minutes to do. This is my favorite location to just wander around looking for items I really don't need and the associates are always helpful.

Went in this afternoon 11-11 around 1:15. No one said hello or even acknowledged me. Four different men working, one was on the phone so I will let that slide but the other three. Didn’t even break their neck to greet or even try to help. I think I know why, but I won’t go there but based off another review from someone of my demographic, it’s very telling. I’d be curious to know the color of the woman’s husband who they thought “stole” a few weeks ago too. Left and they lost a sale. I will never go back to this store and will be sharing with others.

Unacceptable accusation and unprofessional behavior toward my husband - My husband stopped into this AutoZone twice today while trying to fix my car’s brakes. During his second visit around 2:40 PM, he was at the self-checkout when an employee suddenly came out from behind the counter and said, “Seriously, dude?” in an aggressive tone — accusing him of stealing the part he had just paid for. My husband was completely shocked. He even offered to show proof of his transaction on his phone, and the employee just replied, “Nah, it’s okay,” and walked away. That is not how a situation like that should be handled. If you’re going to accuse someone of theft, you should be absolutely sure — and if you realize you were wrong, the least you can do is apologize. This kind of treatment is unaccepta

I have been to this location twice in the past few weeks and both times Matt was extremely helpful in directing me towards parts. He is very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Had what I needed for a good price and the guys there helped me get what I needed, and helped me with a problem with my car. Very helpful
