Jefferey N. at the store in Poway, CA was amazing today. He went above and beyond with a level of customer service that I have not seen in years anywhere!! Did I mention that I came in about 5 minutes before he was supposed to get off? He helped me order filters (exterior and interior) for my car AND installed a headlight fuse. The fuse was so hard to reach, but he worked it until he reached it, removed it, and replaced it with the new one. He was there at least an hour over his time. In the end, he still had the same cheerful smile he had initially greeted me with. AutoZone, please do something special for him - he was doing more than his job!! AutoZone, you also need more "Jefferies"!!!

Poway is not my neighborhood. I had a dashboard trouble light on my late model low mileage vehicle. Bryan at the counter came out and plugged in their code reader for me. He was Great. Nice big store. AutoZone has been my favorite auto parts store for a long time. Great warranty on Duralast parts

I went to AutoZone because of dashboard warning lights on. Your employee Tanya waited on me. She was great. Pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped me determine the problem and now I know what part to buy and what steps to take next. I now no longer need to go to that parts store across the street. AutoZone will be my first stop going forward.

I went in needing new wiper blades. Was greeted immediately by Tanya. She looked up the type of wipers I needed on the computer, then she went out to my car to double check that what was suggested was accurate, and gave me a few options to choose from. She also asked if I needed wiper fluid (which I had forgotten that I needed so I appreciated the reminder). Checkout was quick and then Tanya asked if I needed help with installation. From start to finish, the time it took from walking into the store to having my new wipers installed was less than 15 minutes. 10 star service! Thank you Tanya! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My battery for my key fob has been going out. I walked in with my keys out, and the associate knew exactly what I needed. His name started with and Ma(sorry I didn't get your whole name!), and he helped by opening the key fob and changing my battery right there. The key fob has been making me so cranky with it going in and out. He has made my life so much easier. Thank you for the help! The store was organized and tidy. The associates are friendly and helpful. AutoZone will continue to be my go-to for my car needs.
