I stopped and received courtesy service quickly, and with an attitude of, of course we'll help. Everyone I tell says they're glad to know places like this are around. Thank you to the Manager at this store, who helped me personally!

Okay service but they don't know what they're talking about. Always get you the wrong part and then they won't return it like policy, and they'll go and tell you that the person that sold you the item has to return it instead of them and waste your gas when you live hour away. Not thoughtful at all and do not follow policy, they will not be getting my business from now on. You would be better off going to O'Reilly

Wow, I hate going to the parts store for my husband. Mark walked me through the store gathering everything on my list. He pointed out that if buying a roll of towels that I could get hand cleaner for a penny. Who doesn't like a bargain. I took my stuff and left. I realized that I forgot something and went back in. He was waiting on someone else, so I decided to wait for him. The customer was angry because the part he was returning wasn't under warranty. He was swearing and cussing at Mark causing a lot of discomfort for everyone in the store. Impressive, he stormed out and wow, Mark asked if he help who was next then noticed that I was back and asked if he could assist me like nothing ever happened. I would like to give a Big thank you to one of your colleagues Fred. My experience with him was very professional and pleasant. He help me and husband apply windshield wipers to our car. We were very impressed that Fred took time out his busy day to not only help my apply his skills but to teach for future reference. My experience with Fred was very excellent. I came in the store and the manager helped me find what I was looking for. He found the right part I needed that fit my car and replaced my head light bulb. He offered to replace the bulb for me. He was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend the manager Mark K. He went out of his way to assist me and was very nice . He is definitely an asset to the store. Thank you, Mark K.
