VIP Tires & Service

When I first walked in I was greeted with the smell of new tires proving to me I was in the right spot. It was extremely clean and everyone was so friendly. They offer free coffee and wifi which is amazing!!! The man at the counter was very knowledgeable about the questions I had and helped me picked out the perfect tires for me and my van. Will I go back? You bet I will!!!!

VIP never lets me down! I always had great service at the Auburn VIP. I recently have moved to northern Maine and was nervous to go to a new location. However the team in Presque isle did an even better job. Great customer service, they were very knowledgeable and not overly pushy, which I appreciate. 10/10.

Prices are more than reasonable. Professional hard working intelligent staff. They take and keep appointments. Waiting area and restroom facilities a bit challenging though...best to have someone pick you up and drop you off after the work is completed unless you feel like roughing it. Honest, hard working, professional, well informed, friendly, caring individuals.

I had the oil changed I'm my 2018 GMC pickup on 12-22-25. The service was fast, efficient, and well priced. The technician fid a neat and thorough job, and was polite and professional. We always have the best experience at this VIP, would highly recommend.

I have been going to this place now for 2 winters now & I am extremely satisfied. They’ve noticed my expired inspection sticker x2 my filters needing replacement and all along I have been getting my normal service at Ford & I guess they’ve been not doing their job. I went to Ford the following week and I let them know that I was completely not satisfied with their service related to my expired inspection stickers and dirty filters. That’s also the reason I am getting my tires at VIP because they gave me a deal.
