Aaron went above and beyond for me today. My skid plate was damaged and hanging down. I had to travel to the next town to an appointment so I was just going to try to cut the skid plate to keep it from rubbing the tire. Aaron came out, looked at it, and said give me a minute. He came back with some tools and zip ties and fixed it up temporarily so I could get to my appointment. I will never use another auto parts store! Thank you Aaron!

Glad to see someone here that worked for a competitor a very long time. Extremely knowledgeable. Always kind and helpful. I have zero doubt that she's a great asset to your Pulaski location. Employees like this make a difference in a small town community.

Do not expect this company to stand behind their parts. I have a battery that is still under its 3 year warranty, but they will not honor it because it was in the car when I purchased it. I guess the don't cover parts, just owners. The battery has the manufacturer date label on it, but it doesn't matter to them. I would not recommend buying parts from a company that ignores their warranty periods. Up until now I have been a fan of Duralast batteries, but no more. They just told me that I would have to buy a replacement. Update: They have contacted me, but don't seem to be willing to try to do anything for me to try and help resolve the problem.

I would recomend this store if your in town. Ive been here a few times now and everytime i get fast and friendly service. The whole team seems to go above and beyond

Two employees displayed excellent teamwork and a desire to be helpful. They helped me diagnose an issue that I had misdiagnosed. Their positive attitude was contagious . I left there with a problem solved; didn’t spend money on parts I didn’t need, so satisfied is an understatement. These dudes really doing their thang here and make Auto Zone look good and knowledgeable. Their names are Patrick and Jake. Thanks again guys!
