My rv threw a tire, and the axle got damaged. We were stranded on interstate 65 south at midnight. No one would or could help us due to the rv length. I had dumped my rv on the side road to get my family to safety. Got a number from the local cop and called on Sunday morning. John answered. John asked some questions and said he was not sure he could. Instead of doing nothing, he drove over to look on 65 South. John looked up and down and said I can help . Let's tow this off interstate. John saved our butts!!! Worked with insurance to order new axle and installed it with new tires. John stored the rv for a week while he waited for parts and put it back together. He kept in contact by email and phone. I can't say enough about what John did for us!

My wife and kids broke down on the road at 5:30pm.We call John he shows up towing his own car to let my wife follow as he tows our car to his garage. Who does that? John that’s who!!! He had my wife on the road at 8:30 pm with a new alternator. This man was a blessing. The world really needs more people like him. Thanks John.

Like others our van broke down and we found John’s Auto via Google search. I was able to speak with John several times over the phone. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to find a genuine person that wasn’t trying to capitalize on our misfortune! Thank you again Sir!

A little bit out of the way but the man does good work at a very reasonable rate. There's no reason to be bored while you wait because there's always at least one pooch looking for some head scratches. Friendliest bunch of people and dogs you'd ever wish to meet and you leave with a better running automobile. Only rated 5 stars because I can't rate higher.

Had previously a good experience but the most recent interaction over the phone for a simple question/quote wasn’t very nice… Just rude. Will not bother with any future business
