I paid $275 for an overpriced fuel pump. They had to order it. they told me it would be in by 8:00 and I would have a call or text to come pick it up nobody ever let me know anything still the next day I had to call them. And when I told them I had to go and find another one they are making me go back in to return my money to my card when it was there lack of communication that caused this problem. I will never be using this company again.

Great customer service alot easier to just go in and get what you need the website is trash.

I with faith and confidence in AutoZone from my previous dealings with them, I came into the Purcell store with a problem that was unfamiliar to the staff there. They and especially Ray D listened to me and came up with a solution. That is excellent service anywhere! Thank you!

The customer reps were very professional and responsive. When they found out we were traveling through, they were extremely helpful and supportive. We especially appreciated Mike and his time in helping us resolve our issue.
