The associate that helped me was vet friendly and I was able to get what I needed and get out of there within minutes.

The manager at the store is on an egotistical power trip. I tried to return an item at this store that was never installed and in the same condition and packaging that it came in, with a receipt(the back of the receipt states this is a returnable item). The packaging was a little damage but was indeed the same packaging it came in. The manager told me no that he couldn’t refund it because it wasn’t in the same condition that I bought it. I took it to another store and they refunded no problem. This manager is the reason I try not to use this store. He has some good employees but needs a lesson on how to deal with customers. Sometimes they're busy but they do get to you hey there polite their patient and that's a good thing is dealing with the public Ain't Easy and they stand behind their product that's a good thing

I usually get good services but on this particularly day services wasn't the best. The manager voided my warranty by selling me a different set of brakes than the one in their record for the past 13 years for the same vehicle.

I came here after going to several other places. And i must say Ray was awesome!!! I was needing two bolts, he helped me with no problem no attitude. Very polite and customer service skills were on point. I recommend this for your auto needs.
