I just wanted to take the time to thank AJ who went above and beyond to help me get my battery installed. It just kept going dead on me which i explained to him and he made sure me and my daughter were able to make it home safely. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and if there’s any reward , it should go to him. He is always very helpful and professional.

Please have a hiring event or something this is one of the slowest Auto zones I ever been to unfortunately this is my neighborhood auto zone every time the wait exceeds 15 minutes self checkout is effective but hire more people to learn how to help guests with concerns. I left and went to O’RILEYS notice 4 other people who were in line we all left in a timely manner after waiting forever here do better!!

I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to AJB! I came in stressed because my car battery kept dying and I was tired of having to get jumps from my neighbors and friends. AJ was able to look up my warranty and walk me through the whole process. Honestly, it was something I completely overthought, but he made me feel so comfortable and reassured the entire time. He kept saying it was no big deal and that it was his pleasure to help and that really meant a lot in a moment when I was overwhelmed. He was truly a godsend.
