AutoZone Auto Parts

Am a commercial account and get treated like crap because I'd like to know where my parts are I ordered 2 days ago. Call and just get attitude from commercial manager. Meanwhile I look and 5 other Auto zones have what I need, so why won't they go there and get it. Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Cranberry Twp, Ellwood City & Moon Twp Auto zones all have what I need. My $3000 to $5000 a month account with them is going to be $0 real soon. Pure laziness. No one wants to do there job, but don't forget to pay the lazy employees.

Place is definitely a joke. I found a sway link for 17$ online that said auto zone has it. Well they don't z Soni seen another box that said two away link for 43.99$ well that was a lie z there was only one . I told the kid that's way too much for one when I can get two for that, he tried to sell me the same one door 43.99. idk who trains you but no! You can see I didn't buy it ? We I'll be bringing this one back and ordering of car parts. How could you want to crack someone head like that?

I have had a commercial account with AutoZone for my Mobile service for 2 Years now and wanted to take time to give a huge 5 star 🌟 Shout Out to Jen and the Crew there in Rochester !! Whenever im struggling to locate on a part ill give them a buzz and with out fail they always help me and get the part needed and also as fast as possible!! If I was Jens boss and her staffs boss I would issue a raise !! Just saying thanks for the platform to express my gratitude!!

Eric helped me get my wiper blades changed and was super helpful in explaining which ones I needed! I am extremely grateful! I was driving around basically blind without him! Thanks Eric!! You are awesome!

Forrest saved my butt today... I needed air in my tire and he lent me a jump box to use.. Thank you guys so much... you rock
