Bugz Auto Detailing and Ceramics

My husband wanted his car detailed for Father’s Day, and I was referred to Bugz Auto Detailing by a friend on Facebook. Bobby contacted me quickly upon my initial inquiry, and was super friendly and helpful! Furthermore, he was exceedingly patient with me as we texted back and forth over a 2-week period while I was on vacation, answering questions about cost and scheduling. When it came to the actual service, of course it was the hottest day of the year. Despite not being able to finish in the time frame initially stated, Bobby completed the detail and brought the car right to my house at no extra charge to me! We asked for a thorough inside detail and a quick outside wash, and Bobby delivered. The car looks and smells brand new! I absolutely would recommend Bugz Auto Detailing to anyone -

My truck was in need of urgent care because my pup got very sick all over the front of the truck. Bobby got me in immediately and did a super thorough job! Bobby did an AWESOME job on my white Cadillac CT 5! He communicated very well with me and put a ceramic finish on my car in the time that I requested. All detailing was done in the timeframe promised and he made it easy to drop off and pick up my car. The inside looks like the day I picked it up from the dealer in 2021 and the outside is so shiny that I can see myself. Would HIGHLY recommend Bugz Auto Detailing and Ceramics. Bobby was more than kind when communicating about the details of pickup, the actual detailing and payment. His communication throughout the entire process was fast and efficient! His actual detailing work was more than satisfactory. My car had 2 or 3 previous owners before me, and I did my best keeping it clean, but there were several huge messes under seats and others I didn’t have the tools to get, and he made the inside of my car look brand new.
