Camilo was extraordinarily helpful. He ran some tests and told us our starter was the issue -- not the alternator and not the battery (after first checking to see if the battery was still under warranty). He then researched starters for our car, and a new one was to be installed. Highly recommend Auto Zone and Camilo in Rocky Point.

Went in for a Headlight there were 3 employees standing behind the counter and no one asked if i needed help. Found what i needed paid for it and i said Thanks no response from the guy at the register.

What can i say? It’s an auto parts store. They always have what I need.

Work at an autoshop, autozone is always our last resort because their specialty is long wait times and giving you the wrong part. The only thing consistant about them is how bad their service is, if you're there to pick a part you already know go ahead but if youre ordering a part from them good luck. You'd have a better chance closing your eyes and picking a random car part from a parts catalogue then trusting these dudes. Go to advanced, shop online, take a welding class and build your own part. Anything besides ordering anything from here :)

i would like to thank Jorden for his help with my car. I think he has great customer service skills and it is well appreciated.
