After returning home from a trip, my car needed a jump start. I drove over to AutoZone, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was greeted warmly by two employees right away. Ethan quickly tested my battery, suggesting that it should be replaced, and then offered helpful, honest recommendations. He also pointed out that AutoZone would give me a jump start if necessary. He and Caiden then worked together to get the new battery installed quickly and efficiently. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly stood out. I’m extremely grateful for their excellent customer service, and I give Ethan, Caiden, and the entire store my highest recommendation.

Bought a new battery for my vehicle and Shekinah made sure that I left 100% satisfied. I walked in and was greeted immediately by one of the managers there, his name was Pete. Then Miller helped me with my check-engine light reader and both gentlemen were very courteous. When I went to buy a steering wheel cover and had some questions and Pete answered all my questions without hesitation. Both were very customer oriented and I appreciated that very much. I had a lot of questions and both answered them with a smile. The store is clean and the staff is great. 👍👍

Had a great experience at AutoZone today. Michael took the time to explain the different windshield wiper options and price points, was very knowledgeable, and made checkout quick and easy. He also offered to install the wipers and had them installed in about five minutes. Very friendly and helpful—really appreciated the excellent service.
