AutoZone Auto Parts

AutoZone has been a blessing to me. I have been buying auto parts there my whole life, and I have never experienced such poor customer service from a manager or person in charge like Robert. The store located at 315 Lancaster has always been very good. All the employees who work there have been nice, and I have no complaints about them. However, in my situation, my van has been at the shop, and it has been very stressful. I purchased the parts two days ago, but for some reason, the system is still showing that cylinders 1 and 3 are bad. I went to use my warranty on those parts, but I was not sure how the warranty works or when it becomes active. I have used Autozone forthe last 20 years, in Oregon and Washington. The staff is always helpful and knowledgable, to get you back on the road again. Product Reviews are nice to avoid certain cheaper parts, and when to spend more. Tip: Always bring your parts in to the store for matchup. Parts warranties are always nice, too. Thanks! I also equally go to O'Reilly's so to keep both stores in business and open!

I waited for about 3 minutes for my Jeep to get scanned, that took like 4 minutes, went back inside and Bob pulled up exactly what's going on with it code P0406. Thank you Bob
